Sastra University is pleased to announce the 12th Nani Palkhivala Memorial National Tax Moot Court Competition, 2016
Date: 1st - 3rd April, 2016
Team Composition and Eligibility:
- Each team shall constitute three members only, which shall include only two Speakers and one Researcher.
- Participation is restricted to bona-fide law students either enrolled in the 3 year LL.B law course or the 5 year integrated law course. Each College / Law School may send one team only.
- Invitation for the competition shall extend to all Colleges / Universities and 16 Colleges / Universities will be shortlisted after the Memorial Selection Round.
- Each team shall be provided with a "Team Code" before the inaugural ceremony and the same must be used for all purposes during the Competition.
