It
gives us immense pleasure to cordially invite Institutions to nominate a
team of three students from their undergraduate law programme for the
Competition. In the inaugural edition of the Competition, the moot
problem focuses on issues pertaining to family law and also issues of
conflict of laws.
Eligibility:
- The Competition is open to all undergraduate students pursuing a Bachelor of Law degree recognized by the Bar Council of India.
- Only one team from each college or law school can register for the Competition. In the event that more than one team attempts to register for the event, the first team that complies with the registration formalities shall be permitted to participate and will be registered for the competition.
