7th Symbiosis - B. Krishna Memorial National IPR Moot Court Competition, 2015

Symbiosis Law School, Pune in association with Krishna and Saurastri Associates (Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys), having offices at Ahmadabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune and New Delhi, will be holding the 7th Symbiosis - B. Krishna Memorial National IPR Moot Court Competition, 2015.

Date: 6th - 8th February, 2015

The competition will focus on Domestic and International Legal Issues relating to Intellectual Property Law. The moot proposition this year is based on Patent Laws and more specifically deals with the issue of patentability of incremental Innovations in Pharmaceutical Industry.
