Amity Law School, Lucknow is conducting the 5th Amity National Moot Court Competition, 2012.

The moot problem is related to defamation of Judges, speech and expression of media, based on the recent case of Pune Judge where Rs. 100 Crores of exemplary damages were awarded and the case is pending in High Court.
Last date of Registration: 27th February, 2012.
Submission of Memorials: 15th March, 2012
Date of the Competition: 22nd-24th March, 2012
Venue: Amity Law School, Lucknow
Registration Fees: Rs. 1000 per team

Interested students are requested to peruse through the problem and revert to mcs.iitkgp@gmail.com by 1st Feb, 2012. The teams would be required to go through either challenge round or benchmark round depending on the number of interested teams, on an appropriate date.
