Rizvi Law College, Mumbai is organizing its 1st International Law Moot Court Competition .

The details of the competition are:

Date of Competition: 20th-22nd January 2012
Venue: Mumbai
Last Date of Registration with : 25th October, 2011
Last Date of Submission of Memorials: 15 December, 2011

Interested Students are requested to register by mailing MCS by end of day 21st October, Friday.

p.s. Its on international law, so highly recommended to 2nd years.

In case more than one teams are interested in participating, an internal selection will be held on a date which will be notified subsequently.

4th B. Krishna Memorial National IP MCC, 2012

Symbiosis Law School, Pune in association with Krishna and Saurastri Associates, Patent and Trademark Attorneys, Mumbai is organising the Fourth B. Krishna Memorial National Intellectual Property Moot Court Competition for the year 2012.

This year's the Moot Court Problem deals with some core patent law issues like penalty provisions and compulsory licensing provisions.

The details of this year's competition are:
Dates of the Competition: 6th-8th January, 2012
Last Date of Submission of Memorials: 22nd December, 2011
Last Date of Registration: 11th November, 2011 (Limited Seats!)
Venue: Symbiosis Law College, Pune

Interested students are requested to submit their names by writing to mcs.iitkgp@gmail.com by 14th October,  2011 (Friday-End of Day). In the event of more than one team interested in participating in the competition, an internal selection will take place in the last week of October.
