NALSAR is organizing its 3rd NALSAR- NFCG Moot Court Competition in collaboration with the National Foundation for Corporate Governance (NFCG) to further interest in the fast-evolving field of Corporate Law.
The Moot Problem is based on the recently found irregularities in the 3G Auctions.

Dates of the Competition: 8th-10th, 2011
Last Date of Submission of Memorials: 5th April, 2011
Last Date of Registration with the Organizers: 25th March, 2011
Venue: NALSAR, Hyderabad
